Food is precious and we need to respect it. Our selection is the fruit of hard work from artisans and small producers, their operations are human-size and they give their best to provide quality. Moreover, we are very lucky to live in a country where food is not lacking but it is not the same case for some very close countries to the United Arab Emirates, where people thrive everyday to feed their children. For those reasons, we DO accept returns ONLY if the product has NOT been opened or damaged.

The images of the products are informative and are displayed as a presentation, the delivered products may differ in terms of color, appearance and texture. We are not responsible for possible color differences between the one viewed on a certain type of monitor used by the customer and that of the product itself.
The packaging and some specifications or elements in the description may be modified by the manufacturer without prior notice or may contain operating errors, so we cannot be responsible for any differences (in terms of color, shape, appearance) between the displayed image and the of the delivered product. The promotions present on the website are valid within the limit of the available stock.
The customer is obliged to report any problem within two hours of taking possession of the package, to the phone numbers +33686852274, +40751279005 or to the email address office@leroiducaviar.com. Otherwise, he accepts the products in the condition, quantity and quality in which they were delivered. The ordered products will be delivered within the available stock. Since we are talking about perishable products, our company does not offer a guarantee.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be made at least six (6) hours prior to scheduled delivery time. Cancellations can be made via email. Upon cancellation, an email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm cancellation of order. If you paid with a debit/credit card, the payment will be refunded to your account/card within 15 business days.
RETURN/REFUND As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. DubaiCaviarShop.Com will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order is delivered. DubaiCaviarShop.Com is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of deliveries being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements explained to you by our caviar chauffeurs and the literature provided with our delivery.
If your order is returned because of an incorrect address provided by you, because of its perishability, we must dispose of the contents and you will not be refunded.
If you have selected express/same day delivery service and the delivery cannot be made because we are not able to reach you on the default contact telephone to schedule delivery and receipt, then the delivery will be rescheduled for another time and/or the following day and the expedited delivery service fee will not be refunded.
